|Fry the minced meat in a pan. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Stir in the tomato puree. Chop the tomatoes and onion and add them to the pan with the corn and beans, then stir. Let stand briefly and then remove the pan from the heat. Spread the center of the tortilla with cream cheese. Then spread the contents of the pan on top along with the avocado and lettuce. Finally, spread the sour cream over the lettuce. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll the burrito tightly. Serve with tomatoes and avocado paste, if desired.
