Vegetarian Skewers

Weight Ingredients
4 pcs. Ripe but still firm peaches, cut into slices
2 pcs. Large zucchini cut into rectangles
115 г Halloumi cheese cut into strips
to taste Basil leaves
to taste Pepper flakes
to taste Colavita extra virgin olive oil
to taste Salt
Preparation:
Preheat your grill to medium-high. Take a skewer and skewer the first piece of peach. Follow with zucchini and halloumi cheese in random order until you fill the skewer. Place the prepared skewers on a plate. Drizzle with Colavita olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake the skewers for 2 minutes on each side. Remove to a plate.
