Preparation: | |
Preheat your grill to medium-high. Take a skewer and skewer the first piece of peach. Follow with zucchini and halloumi cheese in random order until you fill the skewer. Place the prepared skewers on a plate. Drizzle with Colavita olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake the skewers for 2 minutes on each side. Remove to a plate. Garnish with Colavita balsamic glaze, red pepper flakes and fresh basil. |
