Camembert sandwiches

Weight Ingredients
For the sandwich:
200 г Camembert Ile de France or Taleggio Zanetti
200 г Argal Hamon Serrano Slice or Baked Imperial ham
1 pc Back Shop Baguette or Croissant Delifrance
10 г Chives (finely chopped)
5 г Ground pepper
Optional Chorizo Argal, Salchichon Argal or Coppa di Parma
For the dressing:
100 г Boiron Blueberry
5 г Balsamic vinegar Ponti
5 г Olive oil
3 г Pepper
3 г Salt



Preheat the oven to 220°C. Cut each slice of ham into 4 strips. Cut the cheese (Camembert Ile de France) into 8 portions, wrapping each in a strip of jamon or ham. Cut 8 thin slices of baguette and place a wrapper on each slice. Sprinkle lightly with pepper, arrange on a buttered baking sheet and bake for 2-3 minutes: the cheese should start to melt. Garnish with chopped chives just before serving. If desired, drizzle the sandwiches with blueberry dressing for a more rich and interesting flavor.

For the dressing:

Bring the puree to a gentle boil, add the olive oil and vinegar and remove from the heat. Add the salt and pepper and let cool. Use as a topping for sandwiches. Can also be used as a salad dressing.
