Pizza with Anchovies and Capers

Weight Ingredients
9 pcs. anchovy fillets
125 г Mozzarella (grated)
Pizza base
25 г Capers
3 p. l. Black pitted olives
to taste Olive oil Costa d'Oro

 

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 230°C. Place the pizza base on a baking sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Arrange the anchovy fillets, capers and olives. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper. Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
