Rolls with prosciutto and scamorza

8 slides Prosciutto Cotto
250 г Scamorza
250 г Galette
3 pcs. Eggs
50 г Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
Cut the prosciutto cotto on your work surface. Place the sliced scamorza on top. Shape the individual rolls and hold them with toothpicks. Place breadcrumbs in a bowl, then add chopped parsley, sprinkle with pepper and add a pinch of salt. In another bowl, beat 3 eggs. Place your prosciutto rolls in the beaten egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Arrange the rolls in a baking tray lined with baking paper, add a little extra virgin olive oil and cook at 180°C for 15 minutes.
