Rolls with Duck Fish Ton

Weight Ingredients (for 4 servings)
2 tubes Rio Mare tuna duck
2 pcs. Breads (piadina or other type)
1 pc. Buffalo heart tomato
1 handful Arugula
80 г Finely chopped scamorza
2 pp. Olive paste (coarse)
1. Spread the rolls with the olive paste, add chopped tomato and scamorza, then squeeze the top of the Rio Mare tuna duck. 2. Add arugula and roll the flatbreads to make two cylinders with filling. 3. Cut the cylinders into small rolls, secure the rolls with cocktail sticks and serve.
