Toast with Cheddar and Apple

Weight Ingredients
2 pcs. Delba bread slices
2 tsp. Corman oil
1 slice Pepper Jack Cheese
2 slides Swiss cheese
2 slides

Preparation:
Spread two slices of white bread with butter. Place them, buttered side down, in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Start building the sandwich by first placing the pepper and Swiss cheese on one slice and the cheddar on the other. Let the cheese begin to melt. Once the cheese starts to soften, place apples and tomatoes on the slice with cheddar. Using a spatula, flip the Pepper Jack side back over and press for one minute. Make sure both sides are golden brown, remove from pan and place on cutting board. Cut in half and enjoy.
