Tart with pears

Weight Ingredients
80 г Roquefort Ile de France or Gorgonzola Zanetti
2 pcs Puff pastry
100 г Pears
40 г Zahar
60 г Elle&Vire oil
1 pc Pomegranate
20 г Orange peel
optionally Maple syrup or Agave syrup
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the pears and cut them into thin slices. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the sugar and the pears. Caramelise the pears carefully. Spread the pastry and place it on a baking sheet. Cover with the caramelised pears. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the tart from the oven, cover with the roquefort pieces and decorate with pomegranate and orange zest. Serve hot with salad.
