The "Food & Beverage for Tourism & Accompanying Industry" negotiation meeting is designed to meet the needs of the tourism industry for up-to-date information on marketed food and beverage products, delivery options and season-specific pricing. The need for such a professional forum is driven by the dynamic development of the tourism product in the summer tourist centres and the huge sales potential generated by the need to feed the growing flow of tourists.

EOC focuses on three brands from the confectionery sector, known worldwide for their innovation and the wide applications of their products in the modern professional kitchen.

The advantages of the most famous French chocolate Valrhona, Boiron's natural fruit purees and Corman's liquid - ready to use butter were masterfully presented to our guests in the products of chef Ioana Petrova. Breton sable, chocolate Moaglio, Gianduja filled candies, black cherry cheesecakes with crispy pearls, and the unique Mango lemonade were just some of the delights available at our stand.

We want to create a unique chocolate world where the visitor will see their favorite chocolate in all its applications.
