Pancakes with madeleines

Weight Ingredients
200 г small madeleines St Michel
2 pcs. eggs
200 ml almond milk
2 pp. flour
1 tsp. May
Preparation:
Blend the madeleines finely. Mix the madeleine powder with the two egg yolks, flour and yeast. Add the almond milk and mix again. Finally, beat the egg whites separately, add them and mix. All that's left is to cook the mixture on a hot buttered pan.
