By 1940 he had established himself as the leading maturer for the region's Grana cheeses, distinguished by their firm and grainy structure. In 1946, the company started industrial production for the first time and 2 years later began exporting its products. After more than a century of history, today Zanetti is the world market leader in Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano.
