English Muffin with Brie

Weight Ingredients
8 pcs Eggs
80 г Cheese Brie Hermitage
300 ml Cooking cream Naarmann
8 pcs. English muffin
60 г Fig jam Labeyrie
5 г Salt
3 г Pepper
5 г Thyme

 

Preparation:
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the eggs in a "bain marie," or water bath, stirring constantly until the eggs are cooked. Toast the English muffins in a toaster oven. Spread fig jam on each one. Add two tablespoons of the eggs and place a slice of the Brie cheese. Garnish with a little thyme. Serve immediately. You can use slices of wholemeal bread instead of the English muffin.
