English Muffin with Brie

| 8 pcs. | English muffin |
| 60 г | Fig jam Labeyrie |
| 5 г | Salt |
| 3 г | Pepper |
| 5 г | Thyme |
| Preparation: | |
| Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the eggs in a "bain marie," or water bath, stirring constantly until the eggs are cooked. Toast the English muffins in a toaster oven. Spread fig jam on each one. Add two tablespoons of the eggs and place a slice of the Brie cheese. Garnish with a little thyme. Serve immediately. You can use slices of wholemeal bread instead of the English muffin. |
