Hot Dog with Bratwurst Wudy

Weight Ingredients
50 г Yellow onion cut into thick strips
1 p. l. Kimion
Optional Garlic cloves, fresh ground ginger, mustard seeds, coriander seeds
150 ml Beer
2 pcs. Hotdog buns
2 pcs. Bratwurst
Preparation:
Bratwursts are steamed in beer and onions. The chopped onion is first cooked in a little butter, then steamed in the beer.
You can put the buns on a hot grill to smoke and soften them. You can also put them in a pan with garlic for a while.
Bratwurst can be served as a sandwich topped with mustard, onions (sauerkraut) or as a main course with German potato salad, sweet and sour cabbage and sauerkraut on the side.
