Meatballs with Ham and Pesto

Weight Ingredients (for 15 meatballs)
100 г Ham
150 г Ready dough
80 г Bread crumbs (possibly stale)
1 pc. Egg
100 ml. Milk Elle & Vire
50 г. Grated Zanetti parmesan
5 г. Black pepper
80 г. Basil sauce of Cirio
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Dip the bread crumbs in milk and drain. Finely chop the ham. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, being careful to add a few spoonfuls of milk if the dough is stiff. Season with salt. Shape into small walnut-sized balls and place on a baking sheet covered with lightly greased parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes, turning them occasionally. Serve them warm with the basil sauce.
